Retort labels are a Reflex innovation for the pouch-packed foods sector. 

Soups, risottos, ready meals and sauces are just the beginning for this little number.

The label is applied to a flat pouch, which is then filled and sealed.  The Retort Label is able to go through the pressure-cooking process, which usually means heat of 120 degrees Celsius. The heat builds up gradually to the max temp and then cools down in the heat cycle.

When the pouch emerges, it is suitable for shelf storage with no need to refrigerate, and
the label will stay looking great for the full shelf life of the product.
